The mission of the First Presbyterian Church of Irwin is to strengthen our community of believers through worship, education, prayer and fellowship; to extend our faith and fellowship into our neighborhoods and into the world through our example, friendship, compassion and actions; and to encourage and support people as they develop their personal relationship with God.

"ONE THING HAVE I DESIRED OF THE LORD,
THAT WILL I SEEK AFTER; THAT I MAY DWELL
IN THE HOUSE OF THE LORD ALL THE DAYS
OF MY LIFE, TO BEHOLD THE BEAUTY OF THE
LORD, AND TO INQUIRE IN HIS TEMPLE."
PSALM 27.4

Snow Storm
               Happy Anniversity Everyone!
We will be celebrating the 100th anniversity of the completion of our church building on Saturday, June 10 from 1:00 to 4:00 PM. We will be holding an open house for you and the community to see our beautiful building as well as the opportunity to learn a little history of this structure. We are hoping to put together a display of memorabilia on the history of the church.

Test your knowledge of the history of the Presbyterian Church
and the First Presbyterian Church of Irwin

If you have items from our past and could share them for that day, please contact the church office. We want this special day to be remembered, enjoyed and be a tribute to the blessing God has given to us. There will be hotdogs, snow cones, popcorn and drinks, games for the kids and tours of the sanctuary every half hour and also a bagpiper.
Cat's Meow Commemorative Pieces - In conjuction with our Church Building's 100th Aneversity Celebration we will be selling Cat's Meow reproductions of the Church. Some of you may have bought similar pieces in 2002, but they have been updated and reflect the 100 Year Milestone. These limited edition collectors pieces will be available for $20.00 beginning June 10th at our Anniversity Open House!
